Remember Pres. Carter, he brought in all new people. It was a disaster. You must have people who know the rules of the road, or nothing gets done.
Obama surrounds himself with pragmatists. “Change” doesn’t mean hiring exclusively new faces. If he did that, you would be screaming “more experience”. Obama hasn’t even taken office yet! How about giving it a year or two before determining whether or not his change platform worked. And if a movement away from Bush’s policies isn’t “change”, what is??

Why wasn’t Dr. Susan Rice made Secretary of State or Secretary of Homeland Security?? She is the only one who is qualified, thoughtful, experienced and has common sense in this line-up to become Secretary of State or Secretary of Homeland Security.
