Expenditure would have to have COngressional approval unless Obamaites simply spend without authorization & say screw the taxpayers. Let the 3rd world countries spend half the money they are spending on killling their citizens, their leaders stop putting their nation’s monies in Swiss accounts, their leaders stop giving the wealth of their nations to their friends & relatives.

So hillary wants to fund the NWO from USA money, what else is new. The whole CO2 scam is set up and to enable some global conglomerat to run the planet. This treaty has nothing to do with the environment. CO2 isnt the poison this planet needs to deal with. It needs to deal with stopping the deforastation. Enabeling environmental patents to be given free, so that all people can prosper from these technology. Climate change is not DRIVEN by man made CO2. But a good way to TAX and controll people.

It is all very well …
It is all very well with giving money to the U-countries to let them spend it again for our technology. But this can only be the decoration of deal. Put the number on the table for how much CO2 we are releasing into the atmosphere. I want to hear numbers like 40% reduction until 2020 and 95% till 2050. If you have no ambitions to even top these numbers than dont bother and keep your peanuts.
Who has the vision and guts to lead? I am will to follow!!
