As I keep saying, all government “stimulus” hurts the economy by sucking wealth out of the productive sector and redistributing to other areas to which it otherwise would not have gone. It’s irrelevant how much or to where the stimulus goes. It is, in and of itself, an act of parasitism. Furthermore, it infringes on the right of private property; people have the natural right to keep and control their own wealth.

History does repeat itself. This recession may last longer because again Keynesian, not enough stimulus.

Not necessarily, military spending created demand. Also he larger manufacturing sector was created, skilled workers, rebuilding, that sort of stuff. The government continued to stimulate, Interstate system, GI Bill, cheap mortgages, all because of Monetary Policy. Gov’t adding debt. lol
I find a more fitting description to the broken window fallacy is the opportunity cost.
